If you're looking for stylish sleek and modern lines this is not the place for you! It's a quirky relaxed old cottage with some amazing walks on your doorstep. The property overlooks Middlewood Way so nature is right on the doorstep & the Macclesfield canal is also 1 minutes walk around the corner.
OUR PROPERTY
The property is 5 mins drive from the heart of the village, Poynton is a vibrant and picturesque village. With lots of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and foodie pubs. A post office, Several supermarkets, pharmacy, hair salons, beauticians and much more.. The train station has direct services to Manchester City Centre.
The village is also accessible by bus or a pleasant 30 mins walk but if you want to relax away from the village the local local pub is just 2 mins walk away, with guests ales, wide variety of gins and a good Sunday roast!
OUR SERVICES
Local Breakfast
Basics are provided, a little hamper with the essentials and some little treats! There are lots of lovely places in the village if you fancy treating yourselves to a breakfast that you don't have to make yourself.
Nature Walks
Right on the doorstep you have the coppice, the brickworks nature reserve and Lyme Park.
Garden Access
Pretty little front garden and driveway at the front of the property. Secure back garden with seating area and BBQ.
Housekeeping Service
There is a cleaning fee and the rate is dependant on the length of your stay.
If you are bringing your furry friend there is also an additional fee

You're just a short 5 minute walk to the local pub that serves lunch and evening meals daily or there is a vast choice of options down in the village, depending on your taste we are happy to make recommendations and support you with bookings.
